Occasionally, when discussing a product or service, I will link to the company’s website using an affiliate link.
What does this mean?
Well, it means if you click one of these affiliate links, and you end up purchasing a product or service from them, the company I linked to gives me a small commission.
Please note: there’s no extra cost to you — you’ll pay the same price for the product or service as you would if you found them on your own. The commission is just the company’s way of thanking me for referring such a handsome/beautiful customer as yourself to them.
So how will you know when one of my links is an affiliate link? Look for “(affiliate link)” immediately after the link. Examples:
- AWeber (affiliate link)
- WP Engine (affiliate link)
- OptinMonster (affiliate link)
And so on.
However, to be on the safe side in case an affiliate link is missed somewhere, it’s best to assume any link to a product or service is one where I have a relationship.
